Charming villa for 7 people, situated in the town of Moraira, in the urbanization Fanadix, 2.5 Km from the sandy beach L'Ampolla and 1.6 Km from the rocky cove L'Andrago. At 1 Km from the Ifach golf club which has a school for beginners to enjoy this lovely sport.

The villa is distributed on two floors, the main floor consists of individual kitchen, fully equipped, dining room, living room with TV, decorative fireplace and air conditioning, three bedrooms, 1st with double bed and fan, 2nd with two single beds and fan, 3rd a single bed, a bathroom with shower for the main floor.
The fourth bedroom is completely independent from the main floor and is located on the ground floor of the villa, you have to go down a staircase of 10 steps and has, two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the villa:
The villa has a completely private 10X4 swimming pool located at the same height as the main floor, there is a separate terrace where you will find the barbecue with terrace furniture where you can enjoy meals and dinners in a pleasant atmosphere and with access to the kitchen.
There is a garage space and an outdoor parking space.

Minor points - the fridge had a cracked bottle shelf which collapsed when loaded. As we hadn’t reported it to Villa Guzman upon arrival we ordered a new one. The pool is not protected by a gate so we had to have an adult with the small children at alsee more

The pool is not protected by a gate so we had to have an adult with the small children at all times plus ensure they wore flotation devices when outside. The lower floor room was ok, basic at best with a non-working lamp plus failed and failing ceiling light. The VG team replaced the ceiling lights promptly. The lower floor bedroom was not a great place to stay.

Zusammen mit 6 weiteren Freunden haben wir uns für diese Villa entschieden. Das Außengelände ist Mega schön und zu unserer Überraschung gab es sogar einen festen Grillplatz. Auch die Lounge war Mega. Super bequem und genug Platz für uns alle, um dort zu quatschen und Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen. Der Pool war zu unserer Überraschung sogar immer recht warm, trotz seiner dann doch recht guten Tiefe von geschätzten 2,2m. Lediglich an der Treppe war er etwas höher, sodass wir Mädels mit unseren 1,6m ganz gut stehen konnten. Alles in allem war auch der Chatkontakt super. Der gestellte Föhn ist nämlich kaputt gegangen und (wenn wir da gewesen wären) hätten wir am selben Tag einen neuen bekommen. So mussten wir einen Tag warten, aber das war kein Problem. Die Lage ist auch super. Schön ruhig und mit unseren Mietwägen sind wir in 5min zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch zu den Stränden gekommen. Wir als Gruppe haben uns verliebt und waren super traurig, als es dann wieder nach Hause ging.

Für Kinder ist der Pool etwas zu tief, vorallem wenn das Schwimmen noch recht schwer fällt. Außerdem werden beim plantschen die Fliesen auf der Terrasse super schnell nass und es wird rutschig. Leider gab es keinen abzieher oder wir haben ihn nicht gsee more

Der Duschkopf im Hauptbadezimmer und auch der Holzboden sah nicht mehr so schön aus, aber mit Badelaschen und einmal überputzen des Kopfes, war das duschen dann auch ohne Probleme möglich.

Küche mit sehr modernen technischen Geräten. Die Villa ist schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool liegt von 7:00 bis ca. 18 Uhr voll in der Sonne, schön, wenn man es mag, es gibt aber keine Schattenmöglichkeit.

The Pura Vida villa in Moraira has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people. A perfect villa for families who want to rest and enjoy its beautiful exterior and private pool.
Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 152 m² distributed on two independent floors and connected by an external staircase. On the main floor, we find an airconditioned "Ibiza Style" living room, dining room and kitchen, all open. A nice porch with a seating area, a bathroom with a shower, a double room with a 180/200 cm bed and air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a second bedroom with a single bed and a very special bunk bed because the The bottom bed is a double mattress, and the one above it is a single mattress, for a total of 4 places, and with air conditioning.
