Description
The villa Piacere has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A villa with large spaces and plenty of natural light where you can relax completely and live a few dream days in the beautiful town of Calpe.
Distribution of the accommodation:
With 225 m², the property is distributed over two floors connected on the inside by a beautiful staircase. On the main floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with sitting room, sofas and TV area and a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. A kitchen open to the living room with a nice bar and stools for breakfast or a drink, which provides a great comfort. On the same floor there is a complete bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace and pool area. A laundry area and a staircase leading to the upper floor where we find two more bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with beautiful open views from which you can even see the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. It has air conditioning throughout the villa.
Exterior of the accommodation:
With 800 m2 of plot, the villa has an outdoor parking area but inside the plot with capacity for several vehicles. Large terraces, barbecue area with sink and space to handle food, table for eating and dining outside, sunbeds for sunbathing, a full bathroom with shower for the pool area and a swimming pool with stairs to access inside.
It is located 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala la Calalga", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa de Calpe", 3 km from the town "Calpe", 3 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the residential complex.
