The villa ANNEIDA in Calpe has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, in an urbanization next to the sea, with beautiful views and a lot of tranquillity to enjoy a few good days with family or friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

With 245 m² and lots of natural light, the villa is distributed as follows: A main floor with a spacious living room, sofa area, and table for 8 people with access to a beautiful covered terrace. A fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, both rooms with access to the terrace. Going up some beautiful and wide stairs we reach the upper floor where we find a large and luminous bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a beautiful en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
On the lower floor which is accessed by a flight of stairs from the main floor, we find a large bedroom, perfect for the youngest in the house with air conditioning and two single beds.
Exterior of the property:
With 946 m2 of plot, the villa has a large private swimming pool with built-in stairs to access inside, a sun loungers' area for sunbathing, and a cozy covered terrace with a garden sofa area, portable barbecue, and table for eating and dining outside with magnificent views and in a relaxed atmosphere.

La villa ANNEIDA es una pasada, Marius (el chico que te entrega las llaves) muy amable y dispuesto en ayudarnos en cualquier momento, alquilamos la villa por 4 días y estuvimos genial lo único que si quieres poner la radio se quejarán los vecinos esosee more
La villa ANNEIDA es una pasada, Marius (el chico que te entrega las llaves) muy amable y dispuesto en ayudarnos en cualquier momento, alquilamos la villa por 4 días y estuvimos genial lo único que si quieres poner la radio se quejarán los vecinos eso si ellos puedes hacer todo el ruido que quieran , el último día la salida es a las 10:00 y no te preocupes que a las 8:30 entran dentro de la casa los jardineros y mantenimiento haciendo muchooo ruido , estando en la ducha a las 9:00 podías escuchar perfectamente el ruido que hacían y ya desayunando tuve que salir para decirles que parase un poco la máquina aunque fuera por 20 minutos y eso que no era ni las 9:30 para poder desayunar ya que estábamos a punto de salir pero con ese ruido era imposible desayunar …durmiendo no te vas a quedar!!!

Que si la salida es a las 10 de la mañana no entren los jardineros a la casa a las 8:30 porque la entrada es a las 16:00 y eso se respeta pero la salida NO.
