The Thalea villa in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people in a quiet residential area, close to the Fosa beach in Calpe and supermarkets.
Accommodation layout:
With 120 m² of housing distributed on a single floor, Villa Thalea is a comfortable house, perfect for people who prefer to have few stairs. The first thing we find is a pleasant fully glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, perfect to enjoy all year round, with a table for breakfast or lunch. From this space we reach the living-dining room with a sofa area and smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an area to eat or dine inside with comfortable chairs for 6 diners. From the living room we access the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filtered water and everything necessary to cook with all the necessary items. A double bedroom with a 150 cm bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, ceiling fan and air conditioning. A second bedroom with a 180cm bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. A full bathroom with bathtub located in the hallway and the third bedroom with a bunk bed and ceiling fan.
Exterior of the accommodation:
With a plot of 500m2, fully fenced, the Thalea villa has space to park a vehicle inside, the parking space is covered by a pergola that provides shade for the vehicle.
At the front of the villa, we find the swimming pool, with built-in stairs to access its interior, an artificial grass area with sunbeds to sunbathe, outdoor shower and a pleasant pergola with garden sofas to relax by the pool, a summer kitchen with built-in BBQ and sink.
It is located 750 m from the supermarket, 800 m from the restaurant, 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa", 2 km from the rocky beach, 2 km from the city "Calpe", 78 km from the airport "Alicante Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanisation.

New sun loungers and maybe have 6 sun loungers if the Villa accommodates 6 people. Loads of room for a day bed outside also maybe.

The villa Azorin in Calpe has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people (max. 4 adults). Ideal accommodation for families who wish to be in a quiet residential area and close to all amenities. A villa in the heart of Calpe and with access to the beach of Calpe at 1 km.
Layout of the accommodation:
The 90 m² accommodation located on the lower floor of a two-storey villa (the upper floor is closed and not rented), is distributed in a spacious living-dining room, a double bedroom with ceiling fan, a previous and independent space with two single beds for two children. An open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. It has an air-conditioning unit in the living room.
