One bedroom with double bed 180X200 cm and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds 90/200 cm and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower, a third bedroom with double bed 180/200 cm and air conditioning, a second complete bathroom with bathtub, a fourth bedroom with double bed 180/200 cm and air conditioning, and the fifth bedroom with double bed 180/200 cm. (All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes; plenty of space to store clothes). A third full bathroom with shower and a new modern kitchen (October 2022) with all new appliances, including two large fridges to store all your groceries, and a laundry/drying room. In the centre of the main floor there is a beautiful central courtyard which gives the villa a lot of light and a very Mediterranean character. Going up some nice wooden stairs located in the living room, we access the sixth bedroom, a nice attic room with two 90/200 cm single beds, air conditioning and exit to a lovely terrace with beautiful sea views.

Exterior of the villa:

With 1,496 m2, the plot has two large terraces for outdoor dining with two large tables for 12 diners. The private swimming pool has a slide and is 2.80 cm deep on the side of the slide and 60 cm deep on the shallower side. The pool is heated (by prior arrangement) so that you can enjoy it all year round. There is a pleasant sunbathing area with sun loungers, a ping pong table, and several garden areas with typical Mediterranean plants.
All the indoor and outdoor furniture is summer/autumn 2022.
The villa has parking space for up to three vehicles inside and the property is fully fenced.
