The villa Luz in Calpe has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people. A very spacious villa perfect for families who wish to have their own private space and at the same time share unforgettable moments together, as it has two kitchens, two living rooms on separate floors.

Going up some nice wooden stairs located in the living room, we access the sixth bedroom, a nice attic room with two 90/200 cm single beds, air conditioning and exit to a lovely terrace with beautiful sea views.

With 1,496 m2, the plot has two large terraces for outdoor dining with two large tables for 12 diners. The private swimming pool has a slide and is 2.80 cm deep on the side of the slide and 60 cm deep on the shallower side. The pool is heated (by prior arrangement) so that you can enjoy it all year round. There is a pleasant sunbathing area with sun loungers, a ping pong table, and several garden areas with typical Mediterranean plants.
All the indoor and outdoor furniture is summer/autumn 2022.
The villa has parking space for up to three vehicles inside and the property is fully fenced.
