The beautiful Jacek villa in Calpe has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. A perfect villa for families and recently built, with all amenities and views of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park.

An independent kitchen, new and fully equipped with a small dining area with a table and four chairs, a courtesy toilet with WC, a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower in the hallway to share.

The villa has a flat plot of 631 m2 which is accessed by a pedestrian gate and another for vehicles. Inside, a car can be parked in the open air.
The house has a relaxation area with outdoor sofas made from pallets and comfortable cushions, a pleasant pergola with a table for eating and dining outside, a portable barbecue and a swimming pool with built-in stairs to access its interior, sunbeds for sunbathing and a lovely outdoor shower.
The villa is located in a quiet urbanisation in Calpe and close to all services, perfect for families who wish to relax in a peaceful and well-located environment.

This is not our first time at the Villa and I would highly recommend it and we are booked to return later this summer, it is a perfect smaller villa with a great location and facilities. Villas Guzman are fantastic to deal with, Marius is so helpful.
