The Encanto villa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. With impressive views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach Natural Park, Encanto is the perfect villa for the rest of families or friends who wish to walk to the beach and enjoy a charming and very special villa.
Accommodation distribution:
With 194 m², and spectacular views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach, the villa is distributed in a main dwelling accessed by a comfortable staircase. The villa is arranged in a dining room with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped American kitchen, a pleasant living room with sofa, TV and air conditioning, a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning, and a room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
From the main house, through metal spiral stairs, you access a beautiful solarium with beautiful sea views. Passing through a second set of stairs, we reach the most special part of the villa, consisting of a studio with impressive views, a double bed, a second double bed, fully equipped kitchen, sofa area to have the first morning coffee facing the sea and the pool, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A beautiful and well-configured space that will allow you to wake up and practically enter the water, as the pool area is located just in front of the studio.

With 800 m2 of plot, the villa has several terraces with outdoor sofas, tables for eating or dining al fresco, solarium for summer nights, a beautiful barbecue with a work bench and sink to prepare magnificent roasts and a large table for 8 diners next to the pool area. Sun loungers to sunbathe, outdoor shower and all of this always with a view of the majestic Peñon de Ifach and the entire bay of Calpe facing the sea.
The house also has a private and closed garage for two cars.
It is located 150 m from the restaurant, 450 m from the rocky beach "Cala Les Urques", 900 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Puerto Blanco", 2 km from the city "Calpe", 2 km from the supermarket.

Het muurtje naar de ingang was een gevaar voor onze hond ze is eraf gevallen omdat ze vanuit de tuin ernaast op het randje was gaan staan en haar evenwicht was verloren. Een afzetting / hekje zou een fijne bijkomstigheid zijn. Ook het lagere muurtje see more

Een afzetting / hekje zou een fijne bijkomstigheid zijn. Ook het lagere muurtje aan de bovenkant van de carport was een uitdaging voor onze dame toen ze een hond aan de overkant hoorde blaffen.
Voor grote honden kan het hier dus toch niet helemaal veilig zijn zonder extra op te letten. |
