The nice villa Belvic in Calpe has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 persons. Ideal for families who wish to relax and have all the services and the sea nearby.

With 100m2 of living space, the villa is distributed on one floor (the upstairs flat is closed and is not rented out). At street level you enter the living-dining room with a dining table and a sofa area with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with double bed and another complete bathroom with shower. All the accommodation is air-conditioned.
Outside the villa:
The villa has a closed garage for one car, a pleasant garden and pool area with sunbeds for sunbathing. Next to the pool there is a nice summer kitchen area with BBC and table for lunch and dinner in front of the pool.
It is located 750 m from the sandy beach "Cala La Calalga, and at 1,5 km from the promenade and the Levante beach of Calpe. 1.5 km from the supermarket. 2 km from Calpe.
