The villa Azorin in Calpe has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people (max. 4 adults). Ideal accommodation for families who wish to be in a quiet residential area and close to all amenities. A villa in the heart of Calpe and with access to the beach of Calpe at 1 km.
Layout of the accommodation:
The 90 m² accommodation located on the lower floor of a two-storey villa (the upper floor is closed and not rented), is distributed in a spacious living-dining room, a double bedroom with ceiling fan, a previous and independent space with two single beds for two children. An open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. It has an air-conditioning unit in the living room.
Outside the accommodation:
Two vehicles can be parked inside the plot and in the open air. To access the pool and BBC area, you have to climb a flight of stairs of about 15 steps. The swimming pool has a large terrace around it, with sunbeds for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, a nice covered terrace with table and chairs, and a covered barbecue area with awning, sink and bench for food handling.
It is located 300 m from the supermarket, 400 m from the restaurant, 700 m from the town "Calpe", 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa del Arenal de Calpe", 3 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.
