The wonderful villa Artista in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It was recently built and inaugurated in the 2022 season, it stands out for the good taste of its decoration and the amount of beautiful details that characterize it. Perfect for the most demanding guests with a love for good taste.
Layout of the accommodation:
With 213 m2 of living space, Artista is distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase. On the main floor, there is a pleasant Mediterranean-style living room with a relaxation area with sofa, armchairs and TV, and a dining area with a large glass table for 6 people. The kitchen is open to the living room and has an exit to the barbecue area. On the same floor there is a guest toilet, a washing machine room and a bedroom with a complete en suite bathroom with shower, queen size bed (180cm) and access to the terrace and pool area.
Going up a flight of stairs we access the upper floor where we find a double bedroom with queen size bed (180cm) and a nice terrace with relaxation area for sunbathing or relaxing at sunset. A full bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with queen size bed and access to a beautiful terrace.The whole house has central air-conditioning.
The villa includes luxury 300 thread count cotton sheets for extra comfort and pool towels for each guest.
Outside the villa:
With 800 m2, the plot has two parking spaces with a shade sail, several landscaped areas with Mediterranean trees, an infinity pool area with steps to access inside, outdoor shower and a nice covered terrace with barbecue and table to eat or dine outside in a very relaxed atmosphere and overlooking the beautiful garden.
