The villa in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A comfortable and ideal villa for families who want to be close to all services.
Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 130 m² distributed on one floor. At the main entrance there is a space with large windows, an iron fireplace, and a dining table with access to the terrace and pool area. From there we access the living room of the house with air conditioning and also with access to the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a third bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the hallway there is another full bathroom with a shower.
Exterior of the villa:
On the plot there is space to park a car inside but outdoors. The terrace is covered and has a table for 6 diners, and in front has a swimming pool with built-in stairs to access its interior. A built-in barbecue and a courtesy toilet to service the pool and a hammock area for sunbathing.
It is located 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa Cala Fustera, Benissa", 3 km from the supermarket, 3 km from the rock beach "Playa Cala Basetes, Benissa", km from the city center, 7 km from the golf course " Club Benissa ", 79 km from Alicante airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

The Alba villa in Calpe is ideal for families who wish to spend a few days of relaxation in one of the most peaceful urbanisations in Calpe. It is located near Puerto Blanco beach, and close to the town, where you will have access to all services in less than 5 minutes by car.
The Alba villa has 120 m² of comfortable accommodation on a single floor and is fully equipped, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and has a capacity for 6 people.
