On the first or main floor, we find a new and fully equipped kitchen that leads to the living-dining room and TV area with sofa, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with a table for 12 people and beautiful sea views. On the same floor we find a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, tv and air conditioning, a second bedroom with tv, air conditioning and two single beds. A third bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, tv and air conditioning and a fourth bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and tv.
On the lower floor we find the second flat with an open plan living room, with sofa and large tv, air conditioning, table and a fully equipped kitchenette. A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.

With 1,144 m2 of plot, the villa has several terraces for al fresco dining and dining. From the top floor terrace, a spiral staircase leads to a lovely solarium with outdoor sofas to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views from a private and very quiet spot, perfect for summer evenings. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing, outdoor shower, and a covered porch. Gas barbecue and ample outdoor space for several vehicles inside the plot.
It is located 150 m from the rocky beach ‘Cala Pinets’, 2 km from the supermarket ‘Super La Fustera’, 2 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach ‘Playa de Fustera’, 6 km from the golf course ‘Club de Golf Ifach’, 6 km from the town ‘Calpe’.
