The villa ALEGRIA in Benissa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the coast of Benissa, the villa is a perfect place to relax, with spectacular views to the sea.

The villa has one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. A living-dining room with beautiful views, a kitchen with dining area and fully equipped. A complete bathroom with shower, and two more complete bathrooms, both with bathtub.

With 950 m2 of living space, the villa has a swimming pool with beautiful sea views, BBQ, outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Opposite the living room there is a large terrace facing the sea, with outdoor sofas and a table for outdoor dining.
Note: The upper flat is not for rent and will remain empty and closed.
