The villa Las Rosas in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. Situated in a quiet area with views of the sea, the mountains and the Peñon de Ifach Natural Park, it is ideal for families who want privacy and a perfect place to unwind.
Layout of the villa:
With 250 m² of living space, the villa consists of two independent floors connected by an external staircase.
On the upper floor, accessed by a flight of stairs, we find a fully equipped independent kitchen, a dining room and a living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom in the hallway, a room for the washing machine and a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
On the first floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, with a bathroom in the hallway. (the third floor at the top is closed and empty and is not offered for rent).
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

With 1,737m1 of plot, the villa has a beautiful Mediterranean style garden with indigenous plants, a large swimming pool of 1.40m to 2.20m deep and a size of 11x5m, a large terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing, and a large covered barbecue area with a table and chairs with seating for 8 diners.
It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 1 km from the restaurant, 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fustera", 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala Llobella", 6 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach", 7 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 7 km from the town "Calpe" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

A couple of fans could be helpful on the hot and humied evenings at the villa in July-August. The water pressure is a bit weak and there was no hot water in the bathroom on the ground floor.

The villa Berg in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A comfortable and quiet villa with all the comforts, located in a residential area and ideal for families.
Layout of the villa:
The villa has 120 m2 of living space and is distributed on a single floor. The first thing we find is a small glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, an American fridge with two doors, and connected by an arch, we find the living room with a sofa, TV area and table for lunch and dinner, a bedroom with double bed of 135, a second bedroom with double bed (two single beds together), the third bedroom also has two single mattresses together. A full bathroom with bathtub, a small but well equipped kitchen and central air conditioning throughout the house. From the entrance hall and newly built, we find a complete bathroom with shower and an access to the fourth bedroom, with double bed and large windows with access to the pool and terrace area.

To access the villa from the street there is a ramp leading to the parking area and a flight of stairs of 22 steps. the covered parking has space for one car.
