The whole accommodation has centralised air conditioning.
Outside the accommodation:
From the lounge there is access to a pleasant terrace with a table for outdoor dining, a portable BBC and a parking space next to the house for an outdoor vehicle.

La casa Chirla està bien equipada, impecable y muy funcional. El aire acondicionado fue un aspecto muy positivo el cual valoramos mucho. Cerca de los supermercados y de la playa La Fossa.

El lugar es muy bonito, ideal para 4 personas tiene todas las comodidades, jardín no tiene es una terraza o patio con un Cantero con flores está muy bien, la atención del personal es excelente super amables, llame 2 veces para realizar consultas y mesee more

Lo mejor no te hacen ningún problema por llevar perro, pagas un plus de 50€ y listo Lo único para mejorar es que no dejaron bolsas de residuos ni papel higiénico para 4 noches contratadas, un detalle hay supermercados muy cerca.

Si la terraza o patio tuviera puerta en la salida al exterior sería ideal para ir con niños pequeños o perros.

The Calma bungalow in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. It is a peaceful bungalow, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you need for a family holiday.
Layout of the accommodation: Covering 110 m², this lovely bungalow is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living room, a dining area with a table, a sofa, and TV area, and access to a lovely terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower. Climbing the internal staircase, we reach the upper floor where there is a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. The third double bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning and a pleasant terrace. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
Outside the accommodation: The bungalow has a private, open-air car park. Terrace for al fresco dining, outdoor seating area and barbecue. Communal swimming pools and a lawn area for sunbathing by the pool.
