The Zafiro apartment in Calpe for 6 people, is perfect for a family with 4 adults and two children who wish to be a few metres from the beach of La Fosa/Levante, where you will find the promenade, where you will find restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy of Calpe and a great variety of shops.
Distribution of the apartment:
With 90m2 of living space, we find a bedroom with double bed, independent kitchen with glazed back terrace, a second bedroom with double bed, and en suite bathroom with shower, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a bright living room with 135cm sofa bed, tv area and extendable table for 6 diners. A nice terrace with outdoor furniture and table for breakfast, lunch or dinner with beautiful views of the sea, the promenade and the natural park of Peñon de Ifach. The whole flat has centralised air conditioning.
Outside the apartment:
The building has three communal swimming pools with different depths, one of them for children, (consult timetables, opening dates and capacity). Garden areas and direct access to the promenade.
The flat also has a private outdoor parking space included in the same building.
The natural park of the Peñón de Ifach is just a stone's throw away from the apartment. Here you can enjoy the nature (50.000 m2, it has an interpretation centre), with a height of 332 metres at the top where there is a path with viewpoints where there are privileged views of the town of Calpe and part of the region.
It is 50 m from the sandy beach of La Fossa, 100 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the lake "Les Salines,Calp", 1 km from Calpe, 79 km from Alicante airport and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

The apartment could not be any more perfectly placed! It’s right on La fossa beach with lots of bars and restaurants in very close proximity. There’s a small supermarket over the road or a short walk brings you to the larger supermarkets.

The apartment has everything you need and is just perfect. I think it might be a bit of a squeeze for 6 people but was perfect for 4. I will definitely stay here again! Guzman met us at the apartment to deliver keys which was fab. They do anything they can to make your stay easy. I won’t book with anyone else. |

La ubicación, excelente, con salida directa al paseo (no está señalizada y no la encontramos hasta la mitad de la estancia).
Cuenta con filtro de agua en la cocina, por lo que te olvidas de tener que comprar agua. El agua caliente sale enseguida.

Incluye una plaza de párking, lo que es muy útil debido la ubicación, especialmente en fines de semana, y en época vacacional a partir de determinada hora. Muy buenas vistas desde la terraza principal, al Penyal d'Ifach y al mar, y desde la terraza trasera a les Salines de Calp y lateral al mar. Con todo abierto se genera una corriente de aire muy buena. La televisión es de alta calidad. Las piscinas del complejo son muy agradables. Cuenta con Conserjería. |

Creo necesario se advierta a los clientes de no dejar absolutamente nada de comida en la terraza si no se está presente, pues las gaviotas, palomas y pájaros acuden. |

Un apartamento ideal para familias, con todos los servicios a un paso: restaurantes, tiendas y la playa están prácticamente en la puerta. Además, todo el apartamento ha sido completamente renovado en 2023, con las mejores calidades y el mejor y más cómodo diseño.
