The Tramontana apartment in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located on the beachfront, in a quiet area and close to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and 100 m from La Fosa beach.

The apartment has a fully equipped, independent kitchen with an open bar to the living room. A dining room with a table for 6 guests, sofa, TV and air conditioning. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with beautiful views open to the sea and Peñón de Ifach. The lovely terrace has a table with comfortable chairs so you can dine, eat or have breakfast overlooking the sea and enjoying the sea breeze. A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful view of the sea and seafront promenade (the swimming pool seen from that bedroom belongs to the neighbouring building). A bedroom with two single beds and sea views, a second bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The entire apartment is exterior with plenty of natural light.
Exterior of the apartment:
The swimming pool and garden are communal, shared between the Horizonte building and the Entre Mares building located behind it. To access the swimming pool and garden area, you must walk 40 metres from the entrance to the access door to said area (Swimming pool hours in summer from 11:00 to 21:00). The swimming pool visible from the living room terrace is private and does not belong to the building. THE SWIMMING POOL WILL ONLY BE OPEN FROM 1 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER.
It is located 280 metres from Cala La Calalga, 100 metres from the Maritime Promenade, 450 metres from the supermarket, 2.2 km from Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, 3 km from Calpe city centre, 2.6 km from Les Basetes nautical club, 12 km from Moraira and 80 km from Alicante airport.

The wooden chairs in the terrace should be adjusted. They feel like they could break at any moment.
The blinds (the rolling grey cloth ones) should be checked. Because they are coming undone at the edges, sometimes they get tangled.

Es wäre super wenn man hinzugefügt das sich die Wohnung in Etage E befindet.Unter Dienstleistungen den Parkplatz entfernen.Und ganz schön wäre dann noch ein Haartrockner.

Laatste week hadden we veel geluidsoverlast van renovatie van het zwembad. Als we dat hadden geweten hadden we een andere periode gehuurd.
De terrasstoelen zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

Los aires acondicionado pierden agua, que hay que estar continuamente recogiendo, al lavavajillas le pasaba lo mismo, la nevera no enfriaba bien y tenía la manilla rota, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota...
