Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones y la verdad esq hemos estado muy bien, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado junto a la playa y a todos los servicios, tiendas, supermecados restaurantes..., el apartamento está muy limpio y la terraza tiene vistasee more
Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones y la verdad esq hemos estado muy bien, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado junto a la playa y a todos los servicios, tiendas, supermecados restaurantes..., el apartamento está muy limpio y la terraza tiene vistas al mar y un mobiliario estupendo, si que pondría a mejorar algunos electrodomesticos, con urgencia la nevera es antigua y hacia bastante hielo en la nevera,por lo que luego perdía agua por abajo, como punto positivo dire que tenía secadora, es raro encontrar un apartamento de playa con secadora, muy antigua pero secaba estupendamente. Por lo demás hemos estado genial. Si volvemos a Calpe repetiremos. Gracias también a Marius de Villas Guzmán por su profesionalidad y saber hacer, gracias por todo!!

Se podría mejorar con la instalación de mosquiteras sí aceptan mascotas, pero si se lleva a un gato, hay que ser consciente que estos pueden asomarse a la ventana y caer. Deberían tener este aspecto en cuenta si ofrecen la posibilidad de llevar animasee more

Un apartamento ideal para familias, con todos los servicios a un paso: restaurantes, tiendas y la playa están prácticamente en la puerta. Además, todo el apartamento ha sido completamente renovado en 2023, con las mejores calidades y el mejor y más cómodo diseño.

Un cuarto de baño con ducha y el tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales juntas. Una moderna y completa cocina abierta que da al salón y ofrece unas espectaculares vistas al mar. Todas las habitaciones y el salón disponen de aire acondicionado.

El edificio cuenta con una preciosa piscina comunitaria con magníficas vistas al Peñón de Ifach y a la playa. (Consultar horarios de apertura).

The Zafiro apartment in Calpe for 6 people, is perfect for a family with 4 adults and two children who wish to be a few metres from the beach of La Fosa/Levante, where you will find the promenade, where you will find restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy of Calpe and a great variety of shops.
Distribution of the apartment:
With 90m2 of living space, we find a bedroom with double bed, independent kitchen with glazed back terrace, a second bedroom with double bed, and en suite bathroom with shower, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a bright living room with 135cm sofa bed, tv area and extendable table for 6 diners. A nice terrace with outdoor furniture and table for breakfast, lunch or dinner with beautiful views of the sea, the promenade and the natural park of Peñon de Ifach. The whole flat has centralised air conditioning.
Outside the apartment:
The building has three communal swimming pools with different depths, one of them for children, (consult timetables, opening dates and capacity). Garden areas and direct access to the promenade.
The flat also has a private outdoor parking space included in the same building.
The natural park of the Peñón de Ifach is just a stone's throw away from the apartment. Here you can enjoy the nature (50.000 m2, it has an interpretation centre), with a height of 332 metres at the top where there is a path with viewpoints where there are privileged views of the town of Calpe and part of the region.
