The Joya apartment in Calpe has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located in front of the promenade, with privileged views of the sea and at the end of the Levante beach, in one of the quietest areas of the beach.

The accommodation has 90 m² distributed in a hall that gives access to a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and exit to a terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen and with an exit to a large rear terrace where the washing machine, the thermos and a sink and from where you will have a nice view of the sea and the Calalga beach. A full bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and beautiful views of the sea, and a third double room with a double bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a shower and incredible views of the sea from it. bed. Muy buena ubicación, frente al mar , en el paseo marítimo. Playa de la Fosa a 5 minutos andando , Calalga enfrente .

En cuanto al trato del personal de Villas Guzman inmejorable , nos atendieron en todo con rapidez y eficacia. La piscina comunitaria es muy grande y muy bien cuidada , sólo que cierra a las 6 de la tarde , un poco pronto . |

La vecina de la puerta 3 ( escalera 1 , 6 piso de los apartamentos Joya ) dejaba la puerta abierta casi todo el día. Tiene un perrito pequeño de pelo blanco que constantemente salía al rellano . Nos encontramos el suelo de nuestra puerta orinado en varias ocasiones ( puerta 1 ) . También dejó una bolsa de basura en el rellano durante casi 24 horas, con el consecuente mal olor . Si esta persona es propietaria del inmueble se le deberia recordar normas de convivencia básicas. |

Acompañamiento desde la agencia en la llegada y mayor comodidad en la recogida y entrega de llaves. No funcionaba el mando del garaje. En la ducha del baño pequeño no hay forma de regular la temperatura del agua.
