It is located 200 m from the El Cantal Roig sandy beach, 1 km from the supermarket, 1.2 km from the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, 1 km from the city of "Calpe" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

vielen Dank für den sagenhaften Aufenthalt. Das Objekt Evolution in Calpe war sicherlich eines der besten Objekte, dass wir bisher in unsren Spanienaufenthalten gebucht hatten. Die Anlage ist neu und alle Einrichtungen zum Teil bisher ungenutzt. (Küche). Der Blick in den Hafen von Calpe war besonders nachts durch seine Beleuchtung eine Sensation. Auch der morgentliche Sonnenaufgang war immer sehr schön. Der Pool sehr schön mit dem direkten Zugang zum Meer ist dieses Objekt nur schwerlich zu toppen. Der Internetanschluss ungewöhnlich schnell und zuverlässig. Was in verschiedenen Ferienobjekten nicht immer der Fall ist. Danke an das Guzman Villas Team für den schönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub... The Molinet flat in Calpe has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. A flat located in one of the quietest areas of the beach, a few meters from the sea, in front of the promenade and next to one of the areas of most historical value of Calpe, Los Baños de la Reina and the Roman settlement of the town of Calpe.
Distribution of the apartment:
With 47 m2, and refurbished in February 2021, Molinet has a living-dining room with air conditioning, a sofa bed for two people, smart TV and a nice glazed terrace that is integrated inside the living room giving it more amplitude and light, with a table for 4 diners and beautiful views to the sea and the Salinas de Calpe. The open plan kitchen is integrated in the living room and has all the amenities such as dishwasher, oven, microwave and complete kitchenware for 4 guests. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and access to the glazed terrace. The flat has a full bathroom with shower.
Outside the apartment:
El Molinet is located a few metres from the Molí del Morelló, a watchtower that protected the locals from pirate attacks, and which was later a windmill for making flour (hence its name "el Molinet").
It is located 200 m from the rocky beach, 400 m from the sandy beach, 500 m from the supermarket "My Mercat", 1.5 km from the Natural Park "Peñon de Ifach", 2 km from the town "Calpe" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
