The flat Brigitte in Calpe has one of the most beautiful views of the area. With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it is located in one of the most important historical enclaves of Calpe, next to the sea, the beach and the promenade.

Located on a 5th floor, the flat has 70m2 distributed in a spacious living-dining room with two different areas, a dining area and an area with sofas and tv to relax with air conditioning. An independent and fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan, and a bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to a beautiful glazed terrace open to the living room with a beautiful view of the sea and the historic Roman complex just opposite, a true Roman jewel that you can contemplate over a cup of coffee on the pleasant terrace.
Outside the accommodation:
The building has a communal swimming pool, a sunbathing area with outdoor showers, and a private enclosed garage in the same building (width of the parking space 4 meters, height of the parking space 185 cm, attention tall vehicles).
It is located 50 m from the rocky beach, 150 m from the restaurant, 300 m from the sandy beach, 650 m from the supermarket, 1 km from the town "Calpe", 2 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea.

Simplemente informar que en el baño de la habitación, tenía una pequeña fuga en el sifón del lavabo.
Fácilmente solucionable, y así no se estropeara la cajonera.

A pesar del tiempo que ha hecho la segunda mitad de mayo en Calpe, tanto el alojamiento en sí como la ubicación del mismo no ha deslucido en absoluto las vacaciones.

A 2 minutos de la playa, con 5 supermercados a 2-4 minutos en coche, la ruta ecológica que te lleva a algunas calas como la del Mallorquí, las Salinas de Calp a 1 minuto andando, el Penyal d'Ifach a unos 12 minutos andando, vistas al mar desde la cama matrimonial/cocina/terraza-comedor, a 25 minutos en coche de Altea, la serra d'Oltà, la serra de Bèrnia, con vistas al yacimiento arqueológico romano de los Banys de la Reina desde la terraza, con sol directo sobre la terraza prácticamente todo el día, bañera, camas y sofás súper comodos, cocina súper equipada con utensilios de todo tipo, lavadora y lavaplatos, piscina comunitaria, y en general a un paso de todos los atractivos de la Marina Alta y Baixa... Atención al cliente inmejorable, colaborativa, empática y muy profesional. No dudéis en alojaros en este apartamento o con esta empresa en general. |

The Molinet flat in Calpe has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. A flat located in one of the quietest areas of the beach, a few meters from the sea, in front of the promenade and next to one of the areas of most historical value of Calpe, Los Baños de la Reina and the Roman settlement of the town of Calpe.
Distribution of the apartment:
With 47 m2, and refurbished in February 2021, Molinet has a living-dining room with air conditioning, a sofa bed for two people, smart TV and a nice glazed terrace that is integrated inside the living room giving it more amplitude and light, with a table for 4 diners and beautiful views to the sea and the Salinas de Calpe. The open plan kitchen is integrated in the living room and has all the amenities such as dishwasher, oven, microwave and complete kitchenware for 4 guests. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and access to the glazed terrace. The flat has a full bathroom with shower.
Outside the apartment:
El Molinet is located a few metres from the Molí del Morelló, a watchtower that protected the locals from pirate attacks, and which was later a windmill for making flour (hence its name "el Molinet").
