The Velazquez flat in Benitachell has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. A bright flat, ideal for families who wish to relax.
Layout of the flat:
With 60 m², it has a living-dining room with air conditioning, a kitchen open to the living room and a terrace with lovely open views, with a table for eating outside. One bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the flat:
In front of the flat you can park a vehicle in the open air and in the same street. To access the flat you have to go down a flight of stairs. The complex has a large communal swimming pool (check opening and closing dates).
It is located 2.7 km from the Moraig cove, 3.7 km from the supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy, 6 km from the village of Benitachell, 7 km from the centre of Moraira, 16 km from our office, 97 km from Alicante airport and 131 km from Valencia airport, and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanisation.

It has garden furniture, iron, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, communal swimming pool (check opening times, opening dates and capacity). Television.
