The entrance to the plot has a ramp with space for several cars and is fenced. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace with an outdoor table for lunch or dinner outside and next to it there is a built-in barbecue. The pool is in front and has built-in stairs to access its interior, a built-in shower, a hammock area for sunbathing and beautiful open views of Calpe and the sea.
