Description
The beautiful Arcadien villa in Calpe has a capacity for 6 guests with beautiful views of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park and the sea. It is located within the Maryvilla de Calpe urbanization and is ideal for families in an absolutely privileged environment, quiet and with plenty of natural light.
Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 120 m² all on one floor, we find a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath, a second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with two more single beds. A bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with beautiful views, air conditioning, a fully equipped independent kitchen. From the living room there is access to a beautiful terrace from where you can contemplate beautiful sunrises and sunsets with the Peñon de Ifach in the background and our calm Mediterranean Sea.
Exterior of the villa:
Going down a flight of stairs from the house, you will find the beautiful private pool from where you can enjoy the beautiful views again, and from where you can have lunch, breakfast or dinner, thus having several spaces for rest and enjoyment. You can not miss it!
The villa has free internet access (wifi).
It is located 2 km from the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, 2 km from the rock cove "Les Urques", 4 km from the city of Calpe. 4 km from the Mercadona supermarket, 4 km from the Calpe train station.
