The Alba villa in Calpe is ideal for families who wish to spend a few days of relaxation in one of the most peaceful urbanisations in Calpe. It is located near Puerto Blanco beach, and close to the town, where you will have access to all services in less than 5 minutes by car.
The Alba villa has 120 m² of comfortable accommodation on a single floor and is fully equipped, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and has a capacity for 6 people.
The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite toilet with WC and washbasin only (without shower). A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a third bedroom with two single beds and a fan. The property has a full bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room, terrace and an independent electric kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. ALBA is a very good located villa although it is a dated house with some overdue maintenance. After our comment last year actually nothing has changed, loose floortiles. Some doors of the kitchen cabinets were were loose which I repaired with only mysee more

Por mejorar, habría que poner alguna valla para que no se salgan los perretes, y una paellera que no había en la casa y en la zona de barbacoa hay un paellero de gas
