The villa in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. Located in a residential area and perfect for families or friends.

In the main house which is located on the second floor of the house, and which is accessed by a flight of stairs with 15 steps, we find a living room with decorative fireplace, ceiling fan, air conditioning and access to a beautiful terrace with open views and a little sea views and table for outdoor dining. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed.
In the lower part of the villa and at street level, we find two independent rooms, one with a double bed, ceiling fan and a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a washing machine room. and a second independent room with a small living room, an auxiliary kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
The whole house has central heating.
Exterior of the villa:
The villa has a nice porch with table for eating and dining outside and a brick barbecue with benches and an outdoor sink. An area that will make your evenings relaxed and very comfortable in summer. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool is 7/4 and has Roman stairs to access inside.
Inside the plot you can park several vehicles outdoors.

Deberían de poner aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y mosquiteras, ya que nos han devorado los mosquitos. En las habitaciones de la planta calle no hay persiana y el sol empieza a dar de lleno a las 7 de la mañana.
