The villa Magrathea in Benissa has 3 double bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A beautiful villa perfect for families who wish to relax and enjoy a quiet environment.

With 226 m² of living space, the villa Magrathea is distributed in two independent floors and communicated by the exterior, which gives it a perfect independence, for families who need to enjoy several spaces and have a great privacy. On the main floor we find a large living room divided into several rooms, with air conditioning, a large table to gather the whole family, a sofa area perfect for relaxing next to large windows, and a workspace with table and chair for the busiest of the family and exit to a nice terrace with table for breakfast or dinner outside with a beautiful open view. Next to the living room we find a nice american kitchen, fully equipped. A complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Going down a flight of stairs and next to the pool, we reach the lower floor of the villa, where we find a nice and pleasant living room with an area to relax and watch TV and air conditioning, an open kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower.
The villa also has a gym area for those who do not want to neglect their indoor training routine at any time of the year.

With 677 m2 of plot the house has several garden areas, a nice swimming pool with stairs to access inside, outdoor shower, Mediterranean style barbecue, and a nice area of outdoor sofas to relax by the pool.
It is located 950 m from the restaurant, 1 km from the rocky beach "Cala Advocat", 2 km from the rocky beach "cala del Baladrar", 3 km from the supermarket, 4 km from the golf course, 4 km from the sandy beach "playa de la fustera" and it is located in an ideal area for families and inside a housing estate.
